When making plans for our only daughter's wedding, we wanted the best for her. I didn't say the most expensive, I said the best. We attended 2 bridal shows for ideas and contacted and met with several floral providers. We chose to go with Some Kinda Wonderful for several reasons. Monica offered a personal touch. We liked her and trusted her the moment we met her. The variety she offered was extensive. We had some of our own ideas which she was happy to accommodate, but when we were unsure and needed direction she offered her input she gave us great suggestions. The little church our daughter got married in was not much more than a room. After Monica added her flare it was like something from a fairy tale. Many guest commented on the flowers in the church as well as the beautiful centerpieces on the dinner tables. Monica also worked in conjunction with our cake provider and added flowers to the cake to make it one of the most beautiful displays imaginable. Everything for our daughter's special day was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more.

Monica and her staff were top notch. Their full service approach is second to none. They took care of all the details including making sure everyones flowers were in place, as well as transporting the ceremony flowers to the reception and setting everything up there. I didnt even have to worry about returning any of the rental items because they took care of that detail as well. The flowers exceeded my expectations thanks to Monica's innovative ideas. Monica created beautiful, non-traditional bouquets full of my favorite flowers - sunflowers in particular. She worked hard to create exactly the loose wildflower look I was after. When some of my original flower choices turned out to be unavailable or poor choices for the bouquet, Monica called me immediately with ideas for substitute flowers that had a similar color and look. Her creative style and flair for elegance really showed! Monica and her staff delivered flowers to two locations and built beautiful centerpieces. Many of the wedding professionals that I met with before Monica were much more expensive and some of them tried to force their own sense of taste onto my wedding. Monica worked with me to create a look that was just ours. What's even more amazing is that nearly all of our planning and decision making was done long distance from Denver, Colorado. She had really great ideas and was very conscious of my budget. I loved that I could use one vendor who took care of flowers, room decor, center pieces - all my decorating needs. On the day of the wedding, she made everything completely stress-free and I received many compliments on the flowers and decorations. Some Kind of Wonderful really made my dreams come true. I had a vision and SKW brought my vision to life. Monica was very personal and professional. When I first started thinking about flowers and decorations I was completely overwhelmed, however after meeting with Monica and hearing her ideas it was like a weight was taken off my shoulders. Hi Monica! I'm sorry this is so tardy, but I do want to thank you for the lovely flowers at Robin and Bill's wedding and reception. Karen really did a great thing when she referred us to Some Kinda Wonderful. Everything complemented our California wine and grape motif perfectly! The bouquets were so colorful and cheerful, and they photographed beautifully. The grapevine and tulle pew bows were just enough of a decoration for St. Bruno's, too. The way you did the wine bottle centerpieces was even better than I had hoped, and I loved the extra touch you did with tulle and flower petals on the railing at Broadlands. Everything was a WOW! I wanted to share a few pictures with you that I especially liked. We haven't gotten photos from everyone yet, but these were taken by bridesmaids and I thought they were quite beautiful. My 3-year-old grandson was particularly taken with his mom's bouquet and his own boutonniere! Thanks again for helping us have such a marvelous day! I cannot imagine anything better.

Just 5 months before my wedding I had to change florists and started working with SKW. Monica made me feel at ease and assured me that everything would be perfect for my wedding day even though we only had a few months left before the wedding. She came up with creative ideas for flowers and decorations that were still within my budget but added a lot to the overall look of the wedding.
